Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated to us via email or WhatsApp.
• We kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible to allow us to make the necessary arrangements.

Refund Policy

• Full Refund: You can cancel your tour for a 100% refund if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour.
• Non-Refundable Costs: Please note that expenses related to tickets for attractions (e.g., Sagrada Familia, Park Güell) cannot be refunded, as these are non-transferable and pre-paid services.
